Parkash Chhibber, the head chef, graduated from the Catering Institute of Delhi, India in 1979. He had the honor to start his career under the tutelage of world renowned chefs at the highest rated Indian restaurant in the world, Bukhara. Parkash welcomed many great opportunities to advance his culinary skills with open arms and worked with world renowned chefs in India, Iraq, and Dubai.
In 2005, he migrated to Canada for better opportunities and opened his first restaurant in Downtown, Edmonton in 2009 called Indian Fusion the Curry House. He has worked diligently to secure this dream of his to one of the highest rated Indian restaurants in Edmonton, the city he now calls home. In early 2021, after 12 years of operations, Indian Fusion has embraced new beginnings and will be opening door at its new location on Whyte Avenue.

This location, though small, provided an intimate, and relaxing dining experience for over 12 years. We are proud and ecstatic to announce, with the overwhelming support of our patrons, we have decided to move our family owned business to a new location on Whyte Avenue.
